The FLTC is a separate legal entity from the New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, with a distinct governing body; however, they have related interests.

Growing Strong Roots
The Foundation for Long Term Care's "Growing Strong Roots" CNA peer mentoring system has done it again. For the second time, research on the project documented that participation in the project improves the retention rates of new CNAs.
